Website information and enquiries

The site describes SingulX’s work and shares general perspectives on technology and change. Information can become outdated. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances, and an enquiry alone does not establish a professional engagement. Any agreed services would be covered by separate agreed terms.

Research snapshots are manually maintained, not a live feed or a promise of completeness. A public Future Intelligence dashboard is future work. Registering interest requests availability emails; it does not purchase a product, guarantee a release date or grant access.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party photographs, media, software and other materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences; existing credits must be respected. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party works.

You may view and link to the website and use material where the applicable licence or law permits. Please ask before republishing substantial original SingulX material or using its branding commercially. Do not remove credits or misrepresent the source. Nothing here removes statutory quotation, fair-dealing or other rights.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or submit unlawful content. Only provide personal information that you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary confidential or sensitive material.

Availability and external links

We aim to keep the site useful and accessible, but maintenance, errors or technical issues can interrupt access. If a form does not confirm its status, do not assume the message was received. External websites linked for information are controlled by their own operators; check their terms and privacy information.

Responsibility and your rights

Decisions about your organisation, investments or technology should take account of relevant evidence and advice. We will consider reported errors and concerns. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude. They do not remove applicable consumer rights or impose an indemnity on visitors.

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable law. No blanket exclusion of losses or restriction on legally available remedies is intended.

Privacy and contact

The Privacy Notice explains project enquiries, interest registration, cookies and information handling. Reading that notice is not blanket consent to processing, and enquiring about a project does not enrol you in availability emails.

Changes to the website

We may update website information and these terms. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.
